- Albert Ng, a pharmacist, founded the company.

- Import, assemble and sale of rehabilitation equipments supplied to major institutions in Singapore

2001

- Signed first partnership agreement with Hexal Group of Companies, Germany

- Appointed exclusive distributor of Coloplast A/S, Denmark

2002

- represented Ganzoni Sigvaris, Switzerland in Singapore and Malaysia.

-  Given exclusive rights to maket products from PharmaNord ApS, Denmark

2003

- Expanded sales team into 3 major divisions:Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Procurement division to spearhead sales& meet increasing market demands

2005

- Formed new partnerships with the following: Drossapharm Ltd, Switzerland; Farmigea SpA, Italy; TransLite LLC, USA; Goldshield Group, UK; PH&T SpA, Italy

2006

- Brought a new partnership between Novem and Tabuk Pharmacuetical Manufacturing Co to strengthen our range of pharmaceutical product pipeline for the future.
